Terms of Service
Last updated 14 June 2026
Truenor is a digital research and planning product. It generates business-opportunity ideas and, on purchase, a "Deep Dive" — an editable financial model (Excel) and a written analysis (PDF). By using Truenor or purchasing a Deep Dive you agree to these terms.
1. What you are buying
A Deep Dive is analysis, planning, financial modelling and a validation framework — it is not a guarantee of any business outcome. Every number is a scenario-based, modelled estimate built from stated assumptions you can change. Forecasts depend on execution, market conditions, competition, pricing and customer acquisition, and may differ materially from reality.
2. Not professional advice
Truenor does not provide financial, legal, investment, tax or accounting advice. Use your own judgement and consult qualified professionals before making business or financial decisions.
3. Payments & delivery
The Deep Dive is a one-time purchase of €9.99, processed securely by Stripe. It is a digital product delivered immediately after payment — the model and report are generated and made available to download in your browser session.
4. Refunds & your statutory rights
Because the Deep Dive is digital content delivered immediately, by completing checkout you ask for and consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law no longer applies once the files have been generated and made available to you.
This does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. If something goes wrong — for example the files failed to generate or download, or the report is clearly defective — contact us at support@truenor.dev and we will make it right.
5. Acceptable use
Use Truenor lawfully and for your own evaluation. Do not resell, redistribute or present the generated reports as independently verified facts, and do not attempt to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Truenor is provided "as is" and we are not liable for business losses, lost profits or decisions made in reliance on the estimates and analysis provided. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change. Questions? Email support@truenor.dev.
